Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to high order volume at this time, please allow an estimated 7-10 business days for your order to ship and arrive.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

 

Standard Shipping: FREE on every order

Express Shipping: $15.00

 

Estimated delivery times are in addition to the 1-2 business day processing window. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. If you'd like us to ship internationally in the future, please email us at info@peakmindco.com.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

PeakMind Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For assistance, email info@peakmindco.com.

 

Incorrect Address

 

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
